Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash-Morgan, actor who has been a part of the SSC's board since 2011, is the Founding co-artistic director of the newly formed theater company Speech of Fire. She has been the artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 to the year 2019. As Artistic director of SSC, she was SSC's composer, musician and text director as well as the costume, set and music design. Although she usually led from within the acting ensemble in her final year she was able to make her debut as an actor (and Lighting Designer) for the SSC's King Lear. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. The other roles she has played include a series of game show appearances. As a child, she was brought up in Walnut Creek with her siblings and the poem Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School is where she attended and participated in cheerleading. Following a short stint at Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. In a private note, Post was earlier was married with Stephen Knox. In 1982, she was married to actor and writer Michael A. Ross with whom her two kids. A wonderful actress and a perfect wife and mother. Post has been a source of inspiration for many in Hollywood.
